Responsibilities & Context:
To enhance pharmaceutical sales performance, ensure effective doctor promotion, manage sales teams, and expand market coverage to achieve company targets.
কোম্পানির ওষুধ বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা, নতুন বাজার সৃষ্টি করা, টিম পরিচালনা ও ডক্টর প্রোমোশন কার্যক্রম সঠিকভাবে বাস্তবায়ন করা।
Maintain regular communication with doctors and pharmacies to promote products.
ডক্টর ও ফার্মেসির সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করে পণ্যের প্রচার ও প্রোমোশন করা
Maintain good relation with Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors, Chemist and Nutritionists etc.
হাসপাতাল,ক্লিনিক, ডাক্তার, ফার্মাসিস্ট, পুষ্টিবিদ গনের সংঙ্গে নিয়মিত সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা
Identifying and engaging new doctors and market sources to effectively generate new prescriptions and expand brand presence.
নতুন ডাক্তার ও মার্কেট সোর্সিং করে নতুন প্রেসক্রিপশন জেনারেট করা
Achieving the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly sales & Collection target.
মাসিক, ত্রৈমাসিক, এবং বার্ষিক বিক্রয় ও কালেকশ লক্ষ্য মাত্রা অর্জন করা।
Positive Attitude, self-motivated, problem solver with a career-oriented working mindset.

Identify new market opportunities and conduct market analysis.
