Job Context:
∎ Uttaran is a national development organization working in the southwest Bangladesh since 1985 to uphold rights and entitlements and to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor and disadvantaged. Uttaran facilitates in getting access to and control over resources by the poor and disadvantaged to improve agricultural productivity and economic empowerment.
∎ Uttaran is implementing projects related to climate change, environment and natural resource management for a long time. For proper implementation of the whole program Uttaran at the moment is seeking a program monitor for its program intervention in the coastal region of Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Tala Upazila, Satkhira district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 5(Five) years working experience on M&E in any reputed NGO/INGO.
∎ Has experience in writing and preparing proposals
∎ Ability to produce quality report and pitch to donors and possible funders
∎ Proven skill and competencies to work with MS-excel and MS-Access is preferable
∎ Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative M&E system, large database management, monitoring of agriculture & livelihoods, Income generating activities, Resilience, Disaster Risk Reduction, WASH, natural resource management and Commodity management and Socio economy.
∎ Knowledge of participatory approach, institutional assessment, quantitative and qualitative techniques for various assessments and analysis
∎ Ability to manage M&E/MIS database, including template design, data entry, cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of the projects activities
∎ Provide technical assistance to the project team.
∎ Collect monitoring data and process the data
∎ Coordination and Collaboration with the line stakeholders, Process documentation
∎ Implement routine, process and outcome monitoring applying both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
∎ Implement integrated automated information management system.
∎ S/He will be based in project office and has to visit field frequently.

Salary:
∎ Monthly salary package is BDT 40,000/-
