Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring:
∎ Ensure overall Monitoring and field operation activities according to project operational plan
∎ Progress review and take necessary initiatives to compliance with the output and objectives
∎ Generate and share monitoring report for team, management and donor (weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as per plan)
∎ Develop monitoring tools guidelines for the project as well as different activities (need based)
∎ Provide day to day monitoring and supervision, training follow up and mentoring support in field level.
∎ Regular coordination with Project team and other stakeholders.
∎ Strengthening social monitoring mechanism through frequent visits of field activities and provide necessary instruction & feedback to project staffs.
∎ Arrange data collection for monitoring ongoing progress and periodic impact assessment
∎ Provide Technical Support to the Project staffs in field level planning implementation and monitoring
∎ Support in preparing training and monitoring budget (event based, monthly, quarterly, annually)
∎ Frequent field visit for capturing quantitative and qualitative progress changes and report accordingly immediately after visit.
∎ Training need assessment under the project for capacity building of different stakes.
∎ Coordinate and provide strategic supports in designing manual guideline materials, organize different seminar, workshop and training sessions under the project,
∎ Facilitate Teachers training (basic and refreshers) for secondary and alternative education.
∎ Create an enabling and accessible learning environment within project frame, schools
∎ Develop package for flexible learning and rollout the package for who are at risk.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic and need based compliance reports (Monthly, quarterly annually).
∎ Maintain Liaison with local level GO-NGOs, Secondary School, Thana Education Department and other stakeholders of the project and support to POs for organizing training timely.
∎ Advocacy support through research, documentation, identifying and collecting success stories, learnings
∎ Prepare annual training calendar for capacity building of community, Teachers, SMC, SC & stakeholders
∎ Develop/customize training manual, materials for the project.
∎ Perform other tasks as per project requirement assigned by the line Management
∎ Represent the Project as well as organization in the community, govt. offices & different forums
∎ Ensure protection and safeguarding for the children and youth specially girls in the project schools and communities. Report any violation of child rights and sexual harassment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Candidates should have minimum 3-5 years working experience on monitoring and training in the relevant position and implementing formal and Non-Formal Education program for disadvantaged children, child protection, gender sensitivity, program planning, monitoring and supervision, staff management and capacity building.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Should be sincere, honest, transparent, friendly & responsive
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
