Job Context:
∎ Amrai Pari Paribarik Nirjaton Prothirodh Jot is looking for a dynamic `Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator` for its "Combating Gender Based Violence in Bangladesh" project funded by UN Women. The details eligibility requirement of the position as mentioned below:
∎ Job Location : Dhaka (frequent field visit)
∎ Job Nature: Full time up to project period

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of MEAL framework, its operation and improvements;
∎ Systematic review and update of MEL structure based on progress and learning from field.
∎ Assist Project Manager in programme planning and implementation.
∎ Support the project and partners in planning, monitoring and quality assurance.
∎ Documentation and dissemination of program findings and activities and actions.
∎ Develop different types of report writing like minutes, program report, donor report, case study etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 - 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning of similar nature in any national or international organisation.
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women's rights, domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts.
∎ Knowledge on target group selection, focus group formation, CSO mobilization etc
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilisation of available resources.
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Able to prepare reports and fact findings.

Salary:
∎ BDT 5,26,747 - 5,67,268/- yearly (Gross)
