Job Context:
∎ Village Education Resource Center is a national level voluntary organization which is registered by NGOAB (Reg-133), Social welfare Department (Reg-Dha-02282) and MRA (Reg-01275-00523-00017). In partnership with UNICEF, VERC is going to implement the Educate the most Disadvantage Children project in Narsingdi district. Recruitment against the following project positions will be made for implementation of the project interventions:
∎ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator- (01 position): Based at Narsingdi

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of monitoring system in the field; collect and ensure qualitative and quantitative data for MIS.
∎ Assisting project management to develop appropriate program process and assessment designs with indicators and data collection methods consistent with the qualitative and quantitative changes in terms of project goals & objectives.
∎ Develop an overall operational plan of the project under the guidance of UNICEF and Project Management to meet the objectives of the program.
∎ Provide regular support to monitoring and documentation components.
∎ Developed a monitoring system for project employees & implement for measuring impact through various approaches.
∎ Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs.
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project interventions through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual plan based on the overall plan.
∎ Prepare required report from UNICEF and send to Project Manager.
∎ Contribute in developing MIS for implementing and measuring impact of the program.
∎ Ensure data is accurate, reliable, timely, complete and precise.
∎ Monthly data collection, analysis, assist and data upload in web from the field to support periodic monitoring report for the project.
∎ Ensure Implementation of effective Monitoring system in the line with project strategy.
∎ Ensure frequent field visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support to the field.
∎ Design, Develop and assist on developing different training courses and training materials for the project relevant to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
∎ Conducting research and Assist research/ survey on education program as needed.
∎ Committed to protect sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) and to ensure effective action is taken when problems occur.
∎ Commitment to gender equality and the values of the organization
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the project management and the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience required: The applicants should have at least 5-7 year experience in NGO in Education sector.
∎ University Degree in related field or sufficient working experience to substitute
∎ At least 05 years of professional experience in national or international organizations in implementing similar projects.
∎ Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure of deadlines.
∎ Ability to multi-task and work with diverse perspectives
∎ Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn and use web-based software
∎ Good on Researcher, Monitoring & Evaluation
∎ Good in report writing and documentation skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Good English communication skills
∎ Motorcycle driving skills and willing to drive motorcycle in the field with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
