Job Context:
∎ The `Ashshash` project is funded by the Embassy of Switzerland and implemented by Winrock International, in partnership with (Name of the organization Bangla German Sampreeti (BGS), across Cox`s Bazar districts in Bangladesh. The project aims to provide support for men and women who have escaped trafficking by restoring their dignity, improving their well-being and enabling self-sufficiency. More specifically, it is expected that men and women will be provided with psychosocial support, other social services, and the opportunity for skills-devolvement and entrepreneurial training; leading to wage-based labor and self-employment. At least 70 percent of the total beneficiaries will be women. The main objective of the `Ashshash` project is to "Empower women and men who have escaped trafficking by restoring their dignity, well-being and enabling self-sufficiency".
∎ Position Summary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the activities related to monitoring and documentation, to ensure the optimal quality of the project's implementation.
∎ Using a prescribe schedule, monitor all the economic empowerment related activities such as training needs assessment, skills and/or entrepreneurship trainings, On-the-Job Training (OJT), Wage, Self-employment with the 6 Months follow-up, observe their business growth, market linkage, customer satisfaction, product diversification, etc. and share the findings to the management followed up by valid recommendations to address the potential challenges.
∎ Collect and Analyze the monitoring-data, and sharing the data with project management.
∎ Upload and update all project related information in the web-based Management Information System (MIS) platform of Ashshash, Winrock International.
∎ Accumulate and develop different types of standard documentations, best-practices, case story, significant achievements, key-learnings, key-challenges, and the documentation of field experiences in order to craft recommendations.
∎ Prepare and ensure the timely and accurate formulation of monitoring, programmatic, and periodic reports, for the donor agency.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings, seminars, and workshops; relevant to the project.
∎ Support all co-staffs to collect and manage the data and information related to the project-centric activities.
∎ Support the beneficiaries with the provision of access to any of the services, from all others stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with the 'Ashshash' project's core team at Winrock International; respective to donor requirements.
∎ Perform all additional duties or responsibilities as per assigned by the organization and the donor agency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of similar experience in Monitoring & Evaluation/Documentation (including data management, data analysis in MS Excel) is essential.
∎ Experience and understanding of economic empowerment program including Vocational Skills, entrepreneurship training, wage and self-employment would be an added preference.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of the Web-based MIS platform.
∎ Professional work-experience in monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
∎ Exceptional skills in documentation, and report-writing in English. Good knowledge of MS Office applications, MS excel and MS Power Point (specifically)
∎ The capacity and willingness to be significantly flexible and accommodating in difficult and at times, unsecure working circumstances.
∎ Experiences from 'Human Trafficking' projects would be an added preference.
