Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure MIS management and data base and documentation of the project.
∎ • Supervise the staff in compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures and to address the staff grievances and conflicts
∎ • Monitor program outputs and manage progress against expected output defined in project document
∎ • Project coordinator to prepare and submit all kinds of progress report of the project ensuring both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
∎ • Project Coordinator for in time submission of donor compliance and facilitate donor visit by providing necessary documents and information.
∎ • Make regular visit to the project activities to observe and monitor field situation
∎ • Coordinate with donor representative while they will pay visit to the field and update them about all activities as required.
∎ • Extend cooperation to donor and other Partners accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum of 03 years’ experience in NGO active/relevant sector. The incumbent is expected to have excellent fluency in written and oral communication skills both Bangla and English and have proven skills in report writing and database management.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 31000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 31,000/= with yearly bonus and increment.
