Additional Requirements:
Experience: Should have minimum of 03 years similar work experience in NGO/INGO sector.
The incumbent is expected to have excellent fluency in written and oral communication skills both Bangla and English and have proven computer skills in report writing and database management.
Additional Job Requirement: Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Working area: Teknaf Upazila of Cox’s Bazar District.
Job Responsibilities: The key purpose of this position is to ensure MIS management of the project. S/he will be responsible for developing project planning, MIS and data base management, in time reporting of the project and ensuring quantitative and qualitative report of project.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure MIS management and data base and documentation of the project.
Supervise the staff in compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures and to address the staff grievances and conflicts
Monitor program outputs and manage progress against expected output defined in project document
Project coordinator to prepare and submit all kinds of progress report of the project ensuring both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
Project Coordinator for in time submission of donor compliance and facilitate donor visit by providing necessary documents and information.
Make regular visit to the project activities to observe and monitor field situation
Coordinate with donor representative while they will pay visit to the field and update them about all activities as required.
Extend cooperation to donor and other Partners accordingly.

Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated Salary Taka=51,408/= (Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Eight) Taka with yearly bonus and increment.
