Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Social Science/ Social work/ Economics/Development studies/ Anthropology/ Statistics/ Environmental Science or any other relevant subject.

Job Context:
∎ Uttaran is a national development organization working in the coastal region of Bangladesh since 1985 to uphold rights and entitlements and to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor and disadvantaged. Uttaran facilitates in getting access to and control over resources by the poor and disadvantaged to improve agricultural productivity and economic empowerment.
∎ Uttaran with the assistance of European Union is implementing "Asserting Marginalized Access to Rights - AMAR". The project will work to the rights of the marginalized landless farmers on public/private resources (inheritance land, Khasland and Khas water bodies public land and services) in Shyamnagar and Tala Upazila of Satkhira district and Batiaghata and Dumuria Upazila of Khulna district"
∎ Job Location: Khulna, Satkhira.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning for the project implementation based on the proposal.
∎ Attend formal and informal meetings with and stakeholders, including judges, court personnel, and related partners.
∎ Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative M&E system, large database management, monitoring of access to resources, services, agriculture & livelihoods, Income generating activities, Resilience, natural resource management and Commodity management and Socio economy.
∎ Knowledge of participatory approach, institutional assessment, quantitative and qualitative techniques for various assessments and analysis
∎ Ability to manage M&E/MIS database, including template design, data entry, cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data.
∎ Work with relevant committees, and working groups to implement program activities following the work plan, implementation in the schedule, and Monitoring & Evaluation plan.
∎ Ensure implementation and reporting of project activities and achieve project objectives.
∎ Ensure project visibility in the project area.
∎ Work with relevant committees, and working groups to implement program activities following the work plan, implementation schedule, and Monitoring & Evaluation plan.
∎ Build efficient communication with GO/NGO/INGO offices in project areas.
∎ Prepare monthly reports, event reports, and other data reports, as required.
∎ Implement routine, process and outcome monitoring applying both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
∎ Implement integrated automated information management system.
∎ S/He will be based in project office and has to visit field frequently.
∎ Carry out any other activities as and when required.
∎ Ensure the implementation of all activities of the project qualitatively and quantitatively.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of all staff field level activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years (Considerable in case of experienced candidates)
∎ Experience to work in National and International organization in monitoring and evaluation program for at least 3 year(s).
∎ Expert in the field report, documentation in English.
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Office (MS Word), Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in driving motorcycles. (with valid license).

Salary:
∎ Monthly-Tk. 42,800 (It`s Variable, depends on exchange rate of EURO, actual 475.26 EURO)
