Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Economics, Sociology, Social welfare, Development Studies or any other related field; MBA holders will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The M & E Officer's functions and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Develop and shape the M&E strategy and M&E Plan for the projects
∎ Develop and implement participatory assessment/evaluation process
∎ Develop and implement learning and knowledge management \process
∎ Develop and implement feedback and response loop in order to use leanings to improve programs (in close collaboration with other project staffs)
∎ Develop Quality benchmark and implement for the projects
∎ Manage, operate strengthening field-based monitoring process
∎ Collect, analysis and visualize data from the field and produce report for the project
∎ Prepare periodic monitoring, evaluation and learning reports
∎ Regular Visit to the field to monitor field level implementation of the projects.
∎ Assist to strengthening the monitoring and evaluation framework and develop new indicators
∎ Assist to develop, test, validate and implement new, innovative tools for monitoring and evaluation
∎ Provide regularly update report status of implementation against the project logframe like goals and objectives to the project management and the team
∎ Ensure the project report are developed and submitted in the timely manner to SCI
∎ Monthly, quarterly, Bi Yearly and yearly report generation and documentation and reporting of field activities.
∎ Capture and document best practices and lesson learning
∎ Assist to conduct research to find climate change adaptive options to create climate smart community Any other task assigns by authorities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experiences as a Senior person M&E
∎ Monitoring skill of Microfinance programs, Development projects and Humanitarian projects management with Understanding National and International Monitoring tools/mechanism.
∎ Experience in Motorcycle driving with Valid license will be an advantage
∎ Willingness and commitment any kind of emergency humanitarian response
∎ Having written and verbal communication in English
∎ Experience on Compliance of NHOAB, PKSF and MRA, Different Donor and Development partners
∎ Should have expertise of software-based monitoring systems.
∎ Priority will be given to Female candidates.

Salary: Tk. 43200 (Monthly)

∎ Business : Manab Mukti Sangstha (MMS) is a local level Development Organization established in January 15, 1984 at Sthal Char under Chowhali Upazila in Sirajgonj which is most disaster prone and poverty stricken area with a view to `see a society free from poverty, discrimination and risk of natural disasters`. At the begging MMS worked in Chowhali in small scale but now we are working in whole Sirajgonj, Pabna, Tangail, Jamalpur and Bogra districts covering chars and river basin areas.
MMS implements its programmes and projects focusing chars and river basin area of the river Jamuna, there is no communication facilities and it is still remaining as untouched the minimum facilities of electricity and gas. MMS, a Bangladesh based not-for-profit organization is determined to generate contribution in ensuring Health, Nutrition, Education, CCA-DRR, Good Governance, Livelihood and Food Security for poor and vulnerable families of Jamuna river basin areas.
