Educational Requirements:
∎ First level university degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics, or related field;
∎ Advanced certificate in M&E, statistics or economics will be preferred;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The M&E Associate will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation and learning framework of projects and programmes.
∎ He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by projects.
∎ He/she will also inform the supervising authority to undertake capacity building measures and will implement necessary activities particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues.
∎ He/she will produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in an M&E position; responsible for implementing M&E activities of national/international development projects;
∎ Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages;
∎ Proficient in computer applications skills (in using software's for data analysis);
∎ A good written and oral communication skill both in English and Bangla;
∎ Excellent interpersonal abilities;
∎ The applicant should be highly motivated and committed and must be capable of displaying learning ability and a capacity to work effectively as a team player.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 42000 (Monthly)
∎ A gross salary starting from Taka 42,000 per month will be offered to successful candidates, along with other admissible benefits.Actual compensation package will be based on assessment of the candidate`s qualifications and suitability, including experience.
