∎ Proven experience in mobile phone servicing (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
∎ Teaching or training experience is an added advantage
∎ Strong knowledge of Android and iOS device hardware & software
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to engage and motivate students
∎ Commitment to practical, industry-focused learning
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct classes on mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting
∎ Guide students through hands-on repair practices on various smartphone brands and models
∎ Prepare lesson plans, practical modules, and assessment materials
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile servicing
∎ Ensure safety protocols during practical sessions
∎ Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
∎ Maintain lab equipment and tools in proper working condition
∎ Assist in curriculum development and course improvement
∎ Support students during workshops, projects, and internal assessments
∎ We seek a skilled and passionate Mobile Phone Servicing Mentor to join GSIS Academy at Chattogram. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in smartphone repair and servicing and a flair for teaching and mentoring students. This role involves both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training.
