Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Compile reports, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
∎ • Field verify all sorts of collected data, information, and reports.
∎ • Preserve all sorts of reporting documents head and soft copies.
∎ • Generate all sorts of project reports and keep backup all reports files.
∎ • Scan documents and print files, when needed
∎ • Keep information confidential.
∎ • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
∎ • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
∎ • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in relevant fields.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 36500 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 36,500/- (Thirty-six thousand five hundred).
