RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District supported by Save The Children International (SCI).
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of care by adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols;
Prepare a patient for examination and perform routine diagnostic check/ monitor pulse, temperature, blood pressure, administer drug and injection;
Documents patients care service by updating patient register and other record regularly;
Assist medical doctor in preparing the daily report for future submission;
Guide and assist in patient triage, infection control, and prevention, patients counseling, cleanliness etc.;
Assist in outreach health programs, coordinate with health NGO partner and volunteers and support them in community health preventive activities;
Maintain checklist of all medical & delivery equipment and medicines to ensure that all medical tips are ready and fully stocked with all medical supplements organized, listed, and within expiration period;
Assist medical doctor in identifying priority health needs and other activates including but not listed to regular diseases outbreak monitoring, collecting statistical information, take part in health awareness campaign, etc.;
Provide ANC, PNC, Normal delivery, Inpatient care and immunization.
Responsible for all kinds of documentation and reporting at facility level and need base.
01-02 days leave should be taken by consulting with the respective FWV.
When midwife takes 03 days or more leave, she should be informed before five working days; in that case, one midwife (reserve) will deploy to replace and continue the facility's service.
