Job Responsibilities:
∎ To overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending all excel file documents like all import and export documents and sending by e-mail.
∎ Keeping an inventory of all office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
∎ Maintaining all office files.
∎ Welcoming visitors to the office and answering phone calls
∎ Talking and delivering official message.
∎ Ensuring the office runs smoothly
∎ Scheduling meeting and sending meeting invites to all attendees.
∎ Keep the office always clean and tidy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 or 2 years experience in the related field
∎ Microsoft Excel

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
