∎ Must have own computer with internet connection and suitable environment to work from home.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic to intermediate formulas, data sorting/filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
∎ Strong internet research skills and ability to find credible sources
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
∎ Experience with Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
∎ Basic understanding of data analysis or business research

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information based on defined objectives
∎ Organize, clean, and analyze data using MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.)
∎ Compile data into clear and concise reports or spreadsheets
∎ Verify accuracy and credibility of online sources
∎ Assist in creating dashboards or charts to visualize data as needed
∎ Maintain and update data records in Excel on a regular basis
∎ Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliverables
∎ Perform other administrative or research-related tasks as assigned
∎ Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MS Excel & Online Research Intern to support our data management and research initiatives.
∎ The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and organizing data from online sources, cleaning and structuring information in Excel, and providing analytical insights to support business decision-making.
