∎ Recent graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering backgrounds.

∎ Passionate about industrial sales, fieldwork, and real-world business development.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Comfortable with traveling for client visits (local/nearby regions).
∎ Basic understanding of industrial machines, automation systems, or spare parts is a bonus.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit Industry Offices & Manufacturing Units: Personally meet decision-makers at factory floors, maintenance departments, and corporate offices.
∎ Build New Business Relationships: Identify and connect with procurement managers, plant heads, and engineers.
∎ Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate, track, and nurture leads through cold visits, networking, and referrals.
∎ Market Research: Understand industry needs, analyze competitors, and identify untapped opportunities.
∎ Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, technical presentations, and service proposals.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
∎ CRM & Reporting: Log visits, calls, and opportunities into CRM systems and provide weekly updates to the management.
