Responsibilities & Context:
What You’ll Do
Meta Ads Strategy & Management
Plan, launch & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with measurable impact.
Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Set up & manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate data tracking.
Monitor campaigns daily, troubleshoot delivery issues, and push for peak performance.
Creative & Content Collaboration
Work closely with our creative team to guide ad visuals, videos & copies.
Develop scroll-stopping headlines, CTAs, and content that converts.
Testing, Analysis & Reporting
Run A/B tests for creatives, targeting & bidding strategies.
Translate metrics into insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare reports that don’t just show numbers — but tell the story behind them.
What We Expect
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Proven expertise in:
Campaign creation & optimization
Budget & results optimization
Conversion API setup
Analytics & reporting in Meta Ads Manager
Troubleshooting ad performance issues
Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience a plus).
Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads = big bonus.
Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (running or completed).
If you’re highly skilled, your expertise matters more than your degree.
