∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management, Merchant Acquisition, MFS, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily visit in different types of corporate, Govt. or Non- Govt.
∎ Create new merchants by convincing them with sales pitch, provide individual merchants QR and merchant app for further transactional process.
∎ Responsible for maximizing merchant base by acquiring and introducing new merchants.
∎ Collect necessary require documents from Merchants.
∎ Input market scanning data regularly in CRM to create new leads to the system.
∎ Prepare daily visited data report according to the visits and update reports.
∎ Maintain good business relationship with merchants and solve their issues.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Business background is preferable.
∎ At least 3+ years of work experience in sales management with excellent track records and strong ability to develop winning teams.
∎ Working in a Fintech company is a plus.
∎ Good understanding and experience of the relevant industries including MFS, customers, partners and merchants.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Team player.
∎ Energetic.
∎ Enthusiastic.
∎ Leadership.
