Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating sales targets with the sales team at regular intervals.
∎ Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met.
∎ In his area, he needs to visit all the retail points frequently, building and expanding relationships with retailers.
∎ Finding the market gap, taking the retailer's feedback, investigating the issues, and he has to resolve the issues with the sales team.
∎ Ensure the products are displayed in all retail points.
∎ In the evening he has to hold meetings with the sales team regarding daily achievement and report accordingly to the head office.
∎ If required. Setting and implementing performance standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive amount (if achieve the target) - 500 Tk daily/ 13,000Tk Monthly.
