∎ Bachelor or MBA in Apparel Merchandising or B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institutions or MBA or equivalent from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain professional relationship between buyer and manufacturer.
∎ Prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion. break down the order sheet.
∎ Set up internal order list.
∎ Monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.
∎ Collect the all of garments fabric, accessories & trims.
∎ Ensure buyer approval.
∎ Make sure productions follow up.
∎ Follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
∎ Ensure smooth shipment process.
∎ Maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA)
∎ Communication with Buying Office/ liaison office, factory people, other related departments/ sections of the company.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers (Brand/reputed buyer experienced merchants are preferable).
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues.
∎ Act as an effective team member and understanding company & buyer SOP.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Assist the local procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Fluent in English both oral & written.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities.
∎ Should have strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge across all kinds of Knit Fabrics.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
∎ Should have the working experience on buyer "KOHL'S, INDITEX ZARA, PRIMARK, MANGO etc.
Salary: Negotiable
