Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc (Clinical & Counseling Psychology) & with advanced skills on Microsoft office software.

∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement MHPSS activities in a participatory manner
∎ Plan and monitor group psycho social activities in collaboration with community psycho social volunteers.
∎ Develop well-structured plans for all mental health and psycho social activates
∎ Ensure timely referral and follow up of cases in need of further support
∎ Conduct group meetings and brainstorming sessions with community leaders and psychologists for MHPSS related activities
∎ Regularly monitor activities and provide feedback to staff to ensure high quality implementation of program activities
∎ Build the capacities of psychologists, community psycho social volunteers and community health workers, including trainings in MHPSS, to facilitate participatory and inclusive activities
∎ Monitor indicators and targets for psychologists and collect monthly data and share it with UNHCR public health unit.
∎ Contribute to data entry and analysis of gathered information.
∎ She/he will ensure consistency in the mental health and psycho social work across different locations, initiate and lead meetings for sharing and learning and continuous improvement of activities through the development and maintaining link with other MHPSS actors. Quality reporting in time and develop and delivery training on Mental Health and Psycho social support, Psychological first aid will be the key areas of responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ At least 1 year working experience in Rohingya context and understanding and speaking of Chittagonian language is Highly preferred. Experience in any development organization, including specific experiences on MHPSS
∎ Experience of direct psychosocial support to vulnerable children and adults. Supervision and management experience.
∎ Experience with developing technical material and conducting trainings. Experience with community-based work.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office; good communication skills in English, Bengali. Chittagonian language is highly desirable.
∎ Solution oriented, collaborative, maturity in dealing with challenging work and complex team structures.
∎ Willingness of frequent field travel and capability of working under pressure are also essential. And also have - Good interpersonal, team working, problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is a mature, confident, patient and resilient disposition. Long hours, working with people in disadvantaged situations and limited funding and resources can sometimes make the job quite demanding, Microsoft Word, Microsoft power point, Microsoft Excel.
