Job Responsibilities:
Perform any, multiple, or all of the following:
Meet, Greet, and Guide Walk-in Customers (Policy Owners, Personal Representatives, and Agency)
Provide Policy Information & Help Filling Out Forms
Receive Customer Service Requests along with Documents
Deliver Documents / Cheques
Capture & Enter Policy Owners Personal Information & Other Customer Data
Perform any other Need-based and Value Addition call duties
Perform all call-related administrative duties
Receive Front Desk Support Services
Job Location : MetLife Bhaban (Ground Fl), 18-20 Motijheel, Dhaka -1000 & Savar, Cumilla & Chattagram
Reporting: In line with performance of the above, you will report to person(s) designated by appropriate authorities.
Place of Posting: Motijheel, Savar, Dhaka, Cumilla & Chattagram
Job Other Benifits:
Your monthly Base HR Cost at the time of engagement would be BDT 13,000 / Month.
Enjoy Festival & Yearly Increment 7-12% as per performance
/Month additional HR Cost will be paid if you are assigned with Leadership responsibility. In case of concurrent Leadership & Special Assignments, only one of the additional HR Costs (higher) will be paid.
