Medical Technologist (Radiographer)

Qualification:

• B.Sc./ Diploma in Radiology & Imagining

Experiences: At least 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms for client procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.

• Position clients and equipment appropriately, explaining the procedures to clients and ensuring their comfort throughout.

• Monitor clients during examinations, ensuring their safety and following protocols to minimize unnecessary radiation exposure.

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images, communicate key information to the physician, and update client records accordingly.

• Organize daily procedure schedules to accommodate emergencies and ensure smooth operations in the radiography department.

• Manage radiographic supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.

• Perform administrative duties, including answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and providing pre-procedure guidance to clients.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and address emergency repairs on radiographic equipment.

• Backup client data/images to portable HDD for 1 year to ensure secure data storage and retrieval.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with the radiologist to discuss results and address any concerns.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the department.

• Ensure accurate data entry in the Report Software and promptly hand over reports to the concerned department.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
