• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Education & Certification: MBBS Degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Valid BMDC Registration is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Officer will be primarily responsible for performing physical examinations, reviewing diagnostic reports, and certifying the medical fitness of candidates according to GCC standards.

Clinical Assessments:

• Conduct thorough physical and clinical examinations for both male and female clients.

• General Health: Assess blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, lung function, abdominal condition, and screen for skin diseases.

• Specialized Checks: Evaluate visual acuity, color blindness, eye infections, hearing power, neurological reflexes, muscle power, and check for varicose veins.

• Gender-Specific Examinations:

  • Male Clients: Screen for hernia, hydrocele, and fungal infections (assisted by male support staff).

  • Female Clients: Review menstrual and pregnancy history and screen for incisional hernias.

Operational & Administrative Duties:

• Manage patient intake protocols, including greeting clients and documenting significant past medical history.

• Input and update all client data accurately into the MYSOFT healthcare management system.

• Review laboratory investigations and X-ray findings to correlate with physical exam results.

• Provide the final medical judgment (Fit, Unfit, or Pending) in strict adherence to GCC medical guidelines.

• Authorize and sign final fitness certificates.

• Maintain strict punctuality, attend morning coordination meetings, and ensure the workstation is organized and professional.
