Responsibilities & Context:
Manage reception desk for answering queries, managing customer interactions and taking payments.
Bioenergetics duties
Operate equipment as per training
Supervise clients and patients with their supported treatments (e.g. PBM, HBOT)
Deliver directed treatments (e.g. laser acupuncture) under the guidance of the Bioenergetics Specialists.
Administration support -Inserting and managing customer information, appointments and supporting customers with health questionnaires.
Equipment maintenance- Keeping treatment equipment as sanitized as possible between uses; keep equipment batteries charged and tidied as necessary.
Facility Cleanliness-Maintaining basic cleanliness of facility for customers to use.
