• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Laboratory Medicine or Medical Technology (Lab).

• At least 1 years

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt easily and quickly to change.
• Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet Browsing.
• Must have excellent communication skill both in Bengali and in English.

Job Context

• Medical laboratory technologists will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. These tests have a wide range of areas Histopathology, Virology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Hematology and Microbiology etc. Fresher Candidates, Recently Passed and Appeared Candidates will be apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patient with correct labeling and troubleshoot any complication regarding sample collection.

• Execute collected samples and test Biochemical, Hormonal, Immunological, Histopathology, Virology, Hematological and Serology.

• Responsible for general laboratory support of immunology, molecular biology, and microbiology projects in biosafety level 2 (BSL2).   

• Responsible to prepare sample for Extraction.   

• Have to know how to operate Extractor, RT-PCR, Centrifuge, Vortex and other related Machineries.   

• Works under general supervision and instruction or more experienced staff.   

• Prepare media and reagent stocks, autoclave and dispose of bio-hazardous waste, maintain supply inventory, place supply orders.   

• Perform general lab maintenance and cleaning.   

• Responsible to collect sample in house and remotely.   

• Perform and document assays according to standard operating procedures and in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
