Responsibilities & Context:
Medical laboratory technologists will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. These tests have a wide range of areas Histopathology, Virology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Hematology and Microbiology etc. Fresher Candidates, Recently Passed and Appeared Candidates will be apply.
Perform, supervise, and validate routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, Immunology, microbiology, etc.)
Ensure accurate, precise, and timely reporting of test results following quality control and quality assurance protocols
Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment
Supervise and mentor junior medical technologists, lab technicians, and support staff
Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety, infection control, and biohazard disposal procedures
Maintain proper documentation, records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and inventory of reagents and consumables
Communicate urgent and critical results to clinicians promptly
Support internal audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement of laboratory services
Coordinate with management for procurement, maintenance services, and workflow optimization
Daily run and document internal QC for each test batch.
