Education:

MBBS degree. Any third division/class or equivalent grade in academic career will lead to ineligibility.

Competency: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of tuberculosis (TB) and post-TB lung diseases (PTLD). Ability to plan, organize, and implement project activities effectively and independently. Knowledge of referral systems for specialized care, such as pulmonary rehabilitation and mental health services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and community members. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Sound knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh.

• Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts, is currently looking to fill up the following positions under the Stop TB Partnership/TB REACH funded Tuberculosis and Post Tuberculosis Lung Disease Project. The project duration will be 18 months.
• Responsibility: Provide technical support to the project. Provide support to Project Manager in activity planning, capacity building and project implementation. Proactively work for project monitoring and evaluation and capacity building.
• Location: The post will be based in Mymensingh or Tangail district with extensive field visits.
