Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 28 to 40 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to patients in ICU and post-operative units (especially spine & orthopedic cases).

• Monitor vital signs, manage critical patients, and respond to emergencies.

• Assist consultants during post-operative rounds and patient management.

• Ensure proper documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Manage ventilated patients and critical care protocols (if applicable).

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain infection control and ICU protocols.

• Counsel patients’ attendants regarding patient condition and treatment updates.

Educational Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.

• Must have valid registration with BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council).

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ventilator management and critical care procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts.

• Weekly 4 duties (each 12 hours roster basis duty).
