Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular health assessments, medical check-ups and consultations for employees.
Manage and treat minor injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace.
Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Provide emergency medical care and coordinate the transportation of employees to hospitals when necessary.
Work closely with the HR department regarding employee health-related concerns, including sickness absences.
Liaise with external medical facilities or hospitals when needed.
