Candidates having experience in working Eye Hospital will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context:
1. OPD Consultations (At the Hospital)
Examine OPD patients for various eye problems.
Diagnose basic eye conditions, prescribe necessary medicines or glasses, and refer complex cases for surgery or specialized care.
2. Outreach Eye Camps (In the Community)
Attend outreach (eye camps) with medical team.
Examine patients at these camps, identify those who need cataract surgeries or advanced care, and guide them to our main facility.
Work closely with field staff to make sure the camp runs smoothly and patients are treated with care.
3. Conducting Training & Awareness Sessions
Lead simple sessions on primary eye care.
