Responsibilities & Context:
Medical Report Transcription: Accurately transcribe and type Ultronogram (USG) and other medical diagnostic reports.
Doctor’s Prescription Typing: Efficiently interpret and type doctors' prescriptions into the hospital management software.
Billing Section Entry: Manage daily billing entries, input patient data, and process accurate financial transactions at the billing counter.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Ensure zero error in data entry to maintain the highest standard of diagnostic reporting.
