Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ With Valid BMDC Registration from any Govt. recognized medical college and university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the eye unit including performance and smooth functioning of the eye unit
∎ Supervise 4/5 members team of the unit
∎ Diagnosis each patient and prescribe for drugs, spectacles including required treatment
∎ Prescribe medical tests where applicable
∎ Refer patients to the eye hospital for further tests and treatment including surgery
∎ Planning, setting performance targets, and reviewing and ensuring timely reporting
∎ Planning and support training for community of eye health volunteers including refreshers training
∎ Coordinate with hospital management and partners including an eye hospital
∎ Conduct tele-consultation with eye hospital where applicable/needed of consultation with Ophthalmologist
∎ Willingness to manage tele-consultation services, referral, and tracking of follow-up patients

Additional Requirements:
∎ S/he should have 3 years of practical experience in eye health will get a preference
∎ Skilled for working in computer particularly operating Microsoft Office package and internet Use.

Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
