Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from recognized Medical College. MPH degree will be counted as added competence.
∎ BM&DC Registration certificate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient Management and treatment.
∎ Active participation in planning and implementation of heath program in Friendship's Floating Hospital.
∎ Developing Action plan of secondary health camp programs and special visits as per health program requirement.
∎ Managing and facilitating the activities of regular primary & secondary health care,
∎ Health camp, Lab service, O.T service and others in Friendship's Floating Hospital.
∎ Supervision, Monitoring and HRM.
∎ Collaboration and Co-ordination with GO, NGO, Community leaders and Private sector.
∎ Providing training on clinical Management and ensuring quality services in the floating Hospitals.
∎ Developing estimated budget for program activities.
∎ Responsible for checking monthly medicine requisition, Health camp medicine requisition and send to head office.
∎ Documentation and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Effective communication , cooperation and collaboration with outreach component ( satellite clinics , paramedics & FCMs)
∎ Team building & fostering the team effort.
∎ As a member of the project team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
∎ 5 years of relevant experience. ( experience in public health , specially NGO and Community Clinic management and operation is encouraged )
∎ Excellent communication skill .
∎ Excellent computer skills .
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
