• MBBS from a recognized medical college with BMDC registration.

• Only Male

• Clinical expertise in emergency medicine and first aid.

• Proficient in stress management, anxiety management, and mindfulness practices.

• Strong patient/client focus with friendly behavior and excellent interpersonal relations.

• Good teamwork ability and effective communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in medical record-keeping practices.

The Medical Officer will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and well-being of employees by providing medical care, first aid, health counseling, and occupational health support. The role includes emergency response, employee medical checkups, health record management, and coordination with HR for medical and compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare support and first aid to emergency patients and, if required, refer them to specialized hospitals with proper notification to management.

• Respond to employees’ medical complications through diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and necessary referrals while considering their medical history.

• Coordinate with the HR department regarding pre-employment medical checkups of new employees.

• Maintain records of pregnant employees, conduct periodic checkups, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for them.

• Strategically plan and implement measures to ensure and maintain a healthy occupational environment within the workplace.

• Provide Age Estimation Certificates and confirm physical fitness for newly recruited workers.

• Verify documents and provide recommendations for Maternity Leave as per company policy.

• Maintain medical records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.

• Support awareness programs on health, hygiene, and occupational safety for employees.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
