Experience:
MBBS from a recognized medical college/university.
Must be registered with BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council).
Relevant certifications in Occupational Health, Public Health, or Industrial Health will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical practice.
Experience working in EPZ-based factories is mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates with RMG/Textile industry experience.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and workplace medical practices.
Excellent communication, counseling, and reporting skills.
Ability to handle emergency cases with sound judgment and calmness.
Knowledge of labor law-related medical requirements, BEPZA regulations, and compliance issues.
Computer literacy (MS Office, basic reporting software).
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a service mindset.
Provide medical consultation, treatment, and first aid to employees for work-related and general health issues.
Manage and operate the factory medical center and supervise supporting health staff.
Ensure compliance with BEPZA health regulations, labor laws, and occupational health & safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate medical records, accident reports, and health-related documentation for BEPZA and internal audits.
Conduct regular health check-ups, awareness campaigns, and preventive healthcare programs for workers and staff.
Support workplace safety initiatives by advising on ergonomics, hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health hazards.
Provide guidance and emergency response in case of workplace accidents or health crises.
Liaise with BEPZA health officials, local hospitals, and medical authorities as required.
Ensure availability and proper stock management of medicines, first aid, and health equipment in the medical center.
