Key Job Description
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to achieve monthly production targets.
Supervise and guide production teams to ensure quality standards, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.
Implement SOPs and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, Distribution and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and material handling processes.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the production area.
Train and develop production staff to enhance technical skills, productivity, and compliance awareness.
Raise requisition of relevant material.
Any other task assign by management.
