• Service delivery through good relations with patients (Workers & Staff), respect for the patient's right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
• Keep clear and accurate medical records.
• Ensure the weekly updates to the management.
• Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Must have excellent communication skill both in Bengali and in English.
• Candidate will work as a full-time employee. Cannot work anywhere else as part time employee.

Responsibilities & Context: For the position of a Residential Medical Officer (RMO) at Alhajj Nur Mohammed Munshi Hospital, we are seeking a female RMO with expertise in ultrasonography and a strong background in gynecology. Due to the rural dynamics and specific needs of the community, experience in rural healthcare settings is also highly valued. This role requires someone who can provide compassionate and comprehensive care, especially focused on women’s health services, to support the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality medical care to underserved populations.Be responsible for handling all categories of patients individually.Must have experience on Ultra Sonogram and due to rural setting of the hospital a women RMO is preferred who have experience in Gunoclogy.Must hand over to the responsible next duty doctor physically.Developing and implementing effective treatment plans, considering patient conditions and medical guidelines.Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of medical records for all patients takes place.Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Medical officers are responsible for planning, implementing and directing clinical services.Maintaining & adjusting duty roster with RMO/MO.Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.It is mandatory to wear a doctor's apron when on duty time.Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, Consultants, patients and colleagues.Complying with management decision, policy and uphold the company brand.Must perform duties as per guideline from CMO, Medical Director & Head of Medical Services.
