Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide medical support to our employees.
- Properly monitor the medical team.
- Perform medical checkup during recruitment.
- Counseling with the workers about their health & safety related issues.
- Awareness meeting with workers for health related issue, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries and so on.
- Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.
- Making strategy to improve the female workers health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.
- Must have good computer knowledge to ensure proper documentation
- Ensuring proper periodic checkup of pregnant workers.
- Monitoring health and safety issues of Childcare.
