Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• MBBS from any recognized medical college having registration with BMDC.

• Diploma in Medical Technology (4 Years) /Sub-Assistant Community Medical Officer (SACMO).

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 28 years

• Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care is also required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should have excellent patient management skills.

• Should have ability to correspond accurately with buyers & audits.

• Computer literate is required. (Word, Excel, email, etc.)

•  Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factories and perform health checkup of workers and staff periodically

• Medical fitness test, age estimation at the time of recruitment.

• Medicine maintenance as per compliance requirements

• Prescribe medicine and other advice to the attending patients

• Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them to specialized nearby hospitals for better management (if required) with information to the factory management

• Keep records of sickness, injury or accidents with their analysis to prevent them to a minimum level

• Plan strategically to keep and maintain a good and healthy occupational environment

• Conduct health related training program to make awareness about hygiene & occupational health

• Discharge any work assigned by higher authority as and when required

•  Check First-aid box medicines are in place and not expired, if medicine expired than Replace medicine.  

• Maintain accident register.

• Follow up First Aider daily register.

• Monthly analysis injury / disease register.

• You should report to GM (HRAC) for any kind of cooperation.

• Salary Review: Yearly
