• Interpret the results as per WHO guidelines by consulting with clinical Pathologist.

• Conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests, as well as full blood counts.

• Counting the cells in prepared samples, as wells as microorganisms, including bacteria or parasites.

• Determining whether sample parameters fall within normal ranges and identifying abnormalities.

• Store all positive/Instructed sample at appropriate temperature.

• Summarizing results and reporting findings in electronic system to referring physicians, medical specialists and report generation department.

• Inventorying Laboratory stock and supplies, as well as report to purchase department.

• Informing Clinic Manager/In charge about any problem regarding the equipment and maintain Down-Time register.

• Prepare monthly report and send to reporting In-charge.

• Any work assigned as per advice from higher authority.

• Maintain & monitor infection prevention procedures as per protocol.

• Adhering to best practices in medical laboratory sciences and keeping up with advancements in the field.
