Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, including lab technicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure accurate and reliable diagnostic results through adherence to procedures and quality standards.
∎ Patient Care: Oversee patient interaction, ensuring comfort, confidentiality, and proper care during diagnostic procedures.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain and order necessary medical supplies, equipment, and reagents.
∎ Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the center complies with health regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
∎ Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure the financial health of the center.
∎ Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all diagnostic equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functional.
∎ Data Management: Supervise the secure and organized management of patient records, test results, and reports.
∎ Customer Service: Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
