Responsibilities & Context:
Provide immediate first aid treatment and basic healthcare support to workers and staff as needed.
Assist the factory doctor/nurse in delivering medical services and implementing workplace health programs.
Monitor and maintain accurate employee health records.
Assist in organizing health check-ups and medical camps.
Manage and maintain medicine stock, first aid supplies, and medical equipment.
Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with nearby hospitals when required.
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy and labor law.
Prepare and submit daily medical reports to management.
