• Diploma in Nursing

• Diploma in Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Minimum of 1–2 years in a medical or aesthetic clinic environment is preferred.
• Proficient in handling clinical tools and medical equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Aesthetics center.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
• Laser and Aesthetics Center, Skin Care, therapy & Strong communication skill.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Miracle Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to our medical professionals and ensure smooth clinical operations while delivering exceptional care to clients.

Location: Metro Shopping Mall, Dhanmondi (31 Old), Dhaka.

Office Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in performing aesthetic and non-invasive procedures.
• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
• Maintain a clean and sterilized environment, including equipment and treatment rooms.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and treatment documentation accurately.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures.
• Monitor and restock medical supplies and equipment as needed.
• Support in managing patient inquiries and complaints, offering empathetic and professional assistance.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and safety protocols.
