Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma

• Diploma or certificate in Medical Faculty.

• BMDC certificate is mandatory.

• First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), or Occupational Health & Safety training will be preferred.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Only Male

• Experience in factory, industrial, or garment sector will be preferred.

• Knowledge of first aid and basic medical care.

• Understanding of occupational health and workplace safety.

• Record keeping and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidentiality and ethical handling of medical information.

• Provide first aid and basic medical support to workers and staff.

• Assist factory doctor/nurse in medical services and health programs.

• Maintain medical room operations, cleanliness, and readiness.

• Keep accurate medical records, treatment logs, and health registers.

• Monitor occupational health issues and report trends to management.

• Support health screening, vaccination, and awareness programs.

• Ensure availability and proper use of medicines, first aid boxes, and equipment.

• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and accidents.

• Support compliance requirements related to medical facilities and worker health.

• Assist during buyer, social compliance, and statutory audits.

• Coordinate referral of employees to external medical facilities when required.

• Support maternity-related health monitoring as per labor law.

• Maintain confidentiality of medical information.

• Prepare medical MIS reports for sustainability and HR departments.

• Promote health, hygiene, and safety awareness among employees.
