• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Power in Marine Engineering

• Age 22 to 37 years

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems in industrial or manufacturing settings. To support engineers by assembling components, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, often using hand tools and technical schematics.

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in machinery (e.g., pumps, conveyors, motors, HVAC) and repair or replace faulty components.

• Technical Support: Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to assemble, install, or upgrade machinery.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and machine performance using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Collaboration: Work with engineers to test new equipment, adjust machinery settings for optimal performance, and analyze data.
