About the Company:

Samsung-Hyundai-Archirodon JV (SHA) is a joint venture between three leading companies in construction and engineering. We are currently undertaking a major project in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and are seeking qualified Mechanical Supervisors and Gang Leaders to join our growing team.

The Role:

In this dynamic role, you will play a dual role as both a Mechanical Supervisor and a Gang Leader. You will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will also provide technical guidance, analyze drawings, and report to your immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities (Mechanical Supervisor):

• Supervise a team of mechanics, ensuring they understand assigned tasks and work procedures.
• Monitor the progress of mechanical works and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Identify and address any potential issues or delays.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Ensure the safe working environment for your team by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work progress and manpower allocation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders.
