Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install new refrigeration systems
∎ Perform preventive maintenance work of Ammonia refrigeration plant (Cold room, Chilled water system) as per schedule in order to avoid future problems or breakdowns
∎ To diagnosis the problem and repair & upgrade refrigeration system
∎ Perform corrective maintenance of Ammonia refrigeration plant in time
∎ Overhauling and trouble shooting of Ammonia refrigeration plant
∎ To keep documents of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, checklists, log sheets etc. properly and causes of malfunctions
∎ To play active role on optimization of the spare parts consumption
∎ Perform assigned maintenance works given by the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of AC & Fridge
∎ Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Should be in good physical condition
∎ Understanding the operations of commercial and residential refrigeration systems
∎ Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment
∎ Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems
∎ Technical expertise on AC & Fridge,
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work both independently and in teams as needed
