Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sewing machine service including digital and automated sewing machines.
Good technical knowledge about sewing machine operation, troubleshooting and repair/solution.
Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide solutions.
Adjusting sewing machine parts and ensuring that sewing machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
Ensure proper cleaning of the machine and production floor as per SOP and Keeping accurate records of service history, repairs, maintenance and other work as required.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate orders.
Perform any other activities as per the instruction of Mechanic Manager/Authority.
Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia, Savar.
